Grandparents have a lifetime of experience to offer a child, but don’t always get to spend time with their own grandchildren. That is why we welcome Grandparents, and any older member of the community, to spend some time at The Tree House sharing their wisdom and enjoying some quality time with the children.

If you have some spare time, no matter how small or how often, we would love for you to come visit us.

If you would like to be part of the Adopt a Nan & Pop program, or just want to know more, please contact us on 9771 6883 or just pop in and have a chat.

It is important to note that all participants in this program undergo a full background check to ensure the safety of children and staff at the centre.

The Tree House Early Childhood Centre has built strong relationships with TAFE and a number of universities to provide their students with a placement to gain a practical understanding of early childhood education.

These placements allow students to engage in active, careful and critical reflection on their observations and practice a range of strategies and roles involved in teaching young children. The Tree House aims to provide practicum students with knowledge, skills and dispositions needed to teach children 6 weeks to 5 years old effectively.
